Our Pastors
Pastors Matthew and Tori Garner have both had key roles in helping to found Outpouring Church in 2010. During their time at Outpouring Church, they have served the ministry in a number of ways. Both Matthew and Tori were ordained as pastors of Outpouring Church in 2016 by Dr. Satish Raiborde.
They worked to cultivate a thriving youth ministry for ten years where they partnered with Holy Spirit to build healthy teams and to see numerous youth saved, healed, connected to the local church and restored to Father God’s heart!
They have also served on the worship team since 2010 and now lead the worship ministry where their focus is that Jesus Christ be praised and glorified while people encounter the living God.
Pastors Matthew and Tori are now Senior Pastors of Outpouring Church and were installed by Pastor Nicky Raiborde in October 2023. They are visionaries in carrying the ministry of Outpouring Church with an apostolic and prophetic anointing. They have a great passion to see lives transformed, saved and delivered!
